Notre Dame offers tickets as a service to our travelers, which we acquire through reputable suppliers. You will be provided with tickets in a specified zone or area within the event venue. The exact location of the seats may be anywhere within the specified zone or area noted, which may or may not be in Notre Dame's allotted section. All tickets will be distributed to you on-site at our tour desk.

Fans with medical bags or items they must carry with them must be inspected and either have a wristband or sticker placed on it to show that it has been inspected. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLIER TO AVOID LAST MINUTE GATE PRESSURE.

  • Food and fruit (must be cut into pieces).

The following ARE PROHIBITED in the stadium:
  • Any distraction to the game
  • Any fan perceived to be intoxicated
  • Backpacks
  • Bags that violate the Bag Policy (see Bag Policy above)
  • Cameras with lenses larger than 3-inches (lights, tripods, selfie-sticks and monopods are also prohibited)
  • Cans, glass bottles or alcoholic beverages.
  • Coolers (including soft-sided coolers)
  • Disorderly conduct or obscenity (see “CODE OF CONDUCT”)
  • Failure to follow the directions of law enforcement, security, ushers, ticket takers, or any other Levi’s® Stadium personnel. 
  • Fighting, taunting, or threatening remarks and / or gestures
  • Gang activity
  • Glow sticks, light-up costumes, light-up signs, battery packs
  • Intoxication or signs of impairment related to alcohol or drugs
  • Irresponsible drinking or behavior
  • Klaxons, bullhorns, whistles or any other noisemakers
  • Laser pointers of any type
  • Mistreatment of visiting team fans, including verbal abuse, harassment, profanity, confrontations, intimidation, or threatening behavior.
  • Obscene or abusive language and / or behavior
  • Occupying any seat without the appropriate ticket
  • Offensive clothing
  • Projectiles (footballs, Frisbees, etc.)
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Signs, banners or poles
  • Smoking
  • Throwing objects of any kind
  • Weapons of any kind (including silverware).

* Umbrellas are allowed in the stadium provided they do not obstruct another guest’s view or pose any safety hazard.** Please contact your nearest Playmaker if you are in need of storing a baby stroller or wheelchair as they are not permitted to be stored in the seating areas.

Anyone possessing PROHIBITED items will be asked to return them to their cars, take them to one of our Bag Check stations or dispose of them in the garbage cans provided at the gate.

Bag Policy  
For all events held at Levi’s® Stadium, the following bag policy will take into effect. Any bags that are brought inside the stadium must be in compliance with the bag policy. Bags that are not in compliance must be returned to the patron’s vehicle or checked at a designated bag check areas.
Levi’s® Stadium prohibits all bags, backpacks and other carriers from being brought into the stadium with the following exceptions: 
  • Approved clear plastic bags (12” x 6” x 12”)
  • One gallon clear plastic zip lock type bags
  • Small Clutch Bag (the size of an adult hand) (4.5” x 6.5”)
  • Seat Cushion

Complimentary Bag Check
All approved bags are subject to inspection upon entry and are subject to additional inspections within the stadium.

Guests with bags or items that do not satisfy the Levi’s® Stadium Bag Policy are welcome to bring them to one of the Stadium’s complimentary, bag check-in stations. These bag check-in stations are located in front of Intel Gate A, Dignity Health Gate C, and Toyota Gate F. The bag check-in stations close one hour after the conclusion of the event.

Championship Tailgate is the gathering place for fans with game tickets who want to experience extreme tailgating at the College Football Playoff National Championship. The free outdoor experience at the Levi’s Stadium Parking Lot includes fan activities, games and entertainment. Attendees will enjoy the ultimate pregame atmosphere and tailgating favorites, along with ziplining, sponsor activations and more.





Travelers should be in good overall health in order to fully appreciate their trip. Travelers should also be able to walk moderate distances at a steady pace and navigate uneven surfaces. If you have concerns about your ability to participate in a trip, we strongly urge you to consult your personal physician prior to your departure. Please advise of any physical limitations that may affect your ability to travel. makes every effort to contract with providers of lodging, transportation and entertainment which fully comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you have special travel or accommodation needs, you must notify us in writing as to the nature of any special accommodations or needs you may require. nor any of the providers of transportation, lodging or entertainment can ensure special accommodations without advance notice. Certain trip itineraries may not be able to accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters.

Likewise, we regret that we`re unable to provide individual assistance to guests with mobility assistance or other personal needs. The responsibility of the Tour Director who accompanies the trip is to ensure the safety and well-being of the entire group. He or she cannot be relied upon to provide ongoing individual assistance to any one guest.. Passengers requiring special assistance, including without limitation those who permanently or periodically use a wheelchair, must be accompanied by someone who is fit and able to assist them, and who will be completely responsible for providing all required assistance.

The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of this trip who, in the opinion of is unfit for travel or whose physical or mental condition may constitute a danger to themselves or to others on the trip.
Reservations may be made online or by calling our bowl hotline at (877) 431-3187 or (317) 595-7900. All reservations will be acknowledged with a confirmation via email on a first-come, first-served basis.  
Traveler agrees to be responsible for all incidental charges incurred in excess of those covered by the package. Incidental charges can include food, beverages, telephone use, internet use, parking fees, and other hotel charges. All hotels require a credit card or deposit for incidental charges at time of check-in. Hotels expect departing guests to vacate rooms by the posted check-out time and arriving guests to check-in later than the posted check-in time. Most hotels do their best to minimize inconvenience and store luggage if one chooses to arrive early or depart late. Accommodations are subject to availability. reserves the right to substitute confirmed hotels with comparable bedding accommodations at either their own or the hotel`s discretion.


A deposit of $250 per person is required to reserve space. Final balance will be automatically charged upon Notre Dame's advancement to the 2019 College Football Championship. Should Notre Dame NOT advance to the 2019 College Football Championship, deposits will be refunded. Reservations received after December 29, 2018 will be on a space available basis will require full payment at the time of booking.

Payment must be made with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).  Credit card charge will be processed by Collegiate Athletic Travel.

Traveler`s authorization to use one`s credit card number for deposit and/or final payments indicates complete compliance with the booking terms and conditions, whether or not traveler has signed the appropriate draft. Verbal and/or electronic authorization of traveler`s credit card confirms traveler`s reservation.​​​ 


Roll-aways may only be added to king-bedded rooms and will incur extra charges. Requests for roll-aways are subject to availability and differing fire and safety laws.


Upon payment of the tour deposit and the event ticket, traveler acknowledges that often pays a premium to obtain tickets to events and that accesses tickets from a variety of sources that may or may not include the official ticket sales channel and secondary ticket market sources. You will be provided with tickets in a specified zone or area within the event venue. The exact location of the seats may be anywhere within the specified zone or area noted, which may or may not be in Notre Dame's allotted section. All tickets will be distributed to you on-site at our tour desk. Traveler hereby gives permission to to use its best judgment and experience and all available ticket sources to provide the tickets purchased with the travel package. In the event that is not able to provide tickets ordered, or a reasonably comparable alternative, will reimburse the traveler an amount equal to the amount paid by the traveler for the tickets purchased but not delivered. This reimbursement will constitute the full and final extent of obligation to the traveler in respect to the non-delivery and any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising there from.


Once a reservation has been made, it is non-refundable should Notre Dame advance to the Championship game. requires written notification of cancellation from the traveler. All travel documents, if issued, must be returned to prior to any refund being issued. Refunds shall not be given for unused travel services or any portion thereof. If cancellation by one or more travelers alters the room requirements of the remaining travelers, travelers still traveling may be required to pay a revised rate.

We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies. We request that you consider purchasing travel protection. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, acts of God, terrorism, civil unrest, personal or medical emergencies.

Package Re-sale
Re-sale of all packages is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Permitted re-sales are subject to a 4% change fee based on the original purchase price of the package.


This program is operated under the management of (NDT), 6505 East 82nd St, Suite 213, Indianapolis, IN 46250 and Collegiate Athletic Travel (CAT), 310 S. Burrowes St., State College, PA 16801. NDT/CAT serves only as an agent for the tour participant in regard to travel, whether by airline, motor coach, railroad or ship and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss (including baggage and personal possessions), accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through acts of default of any company engaged in conveying the participant or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. NDT/CAT shall not be responsible for losses or additional expenses incurred by tour participants that result from weather or mechanical related delays of aircraft or other transport modes, sickness, weather, strike, government disorder, war, acts of God, quarantine, criminal acts, or other causes. Nor does NDT/CAT assume any liability for personal injury, damage to or loss of personal possessions, or accidents and/or delays that result from negligence, default or “failure to perform” on the part of any subcontracted travel or service provider. All such losses or expenses will be borne by the tour participant as tour rates provide only for arrangements as detailed on the website. NDT/CAT reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at anytime. NDT/CAT also reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations and transportation and to make any changes in the itinerary where deemed necessary. In the event of insufficient participation, NDT/CAT reserves the right to cancel any or all parts of the tour and make appropriate refunds to the participants in accordance with applicable US Department of Transportation rules.


Children’s rates are limited to those 12 years of age or under sharing a room with at least one adult and using existing bedding configuration (i.e., if 2 adults and a child/children occupy a room, the adults will be charged the double price and the children the child’s price. If the room is occupied by 1 adult and a child/children, the adult will be charged the single price and the children the child’s price.)


Because neither Notre Dame nor Collegiate Athletic Travel are responsible for losses due to cancellation by participant and/or loss of luggage, along with the dollar amount of our packages, we strongly recommend the purchase of appropriate insurance coverage. Medical insurance policies may not protect your travels away from home and often have out-of-network deductibles. Likewise, coverage through credit cards and travel suppliers can have shortfalls and not fully protect you.  


It is the responsibility of each individual traveler to obtain the documentation required for their trip such as passports, visas, birth certificates and photo identification.
